Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

You can request to close your account at any time by emailing hello@onematch.in. Please note that closing your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Payments are made via UPI using your preferred UPI app. For payment-related issues, please contact us first for faster resolution.
